Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are tailor made to meet the needs of the client. Therefore, they can either be conducted over the phone, at the client’s office, or at a Midtown or Upper West Side location. The sessions generally run between 30 and 60 minutes, and the rate varies by location and time.
