Everyone gets stuck sometimes in their lives and feels unsure about how to move forward in the direction that feels right. As a coach, I try to help clients get through such times.  As a starting point, I will help you figure out the questions that you need to ask yourself in order to understand what you want, and to question some of the implicit assumptions you may be making. Motivation to achieve what you really desire, often follows that understanding. As a coach, I will continue to work with you as you figure out your goals, revisit them to make sure they feel right, and work toward them.

In recent years, coaching has gained in popularity for both personal or “life” goals and within businesses. Life goals can include financial, romantic, health, career, interpersonal, or personal. In the business realm, goals can relate to job performance, interpersonal relationships with co-workers or management, enhancing productivity, relationships with suppliers, contractors, business associates or partners. Companies often hire coaches to work with executives to improve their workplace performance.

Individuals who are going through a difficult time such as a divorce or a break-up may especially need coaching. It is easy to feel overwhelmed. As a coach I can support you in taking your own concerns seriously while working productively with your spouse or partner toward a resolution of your concerns.
